Andre Alie Day is a member of The High Technology Facilities Group where he specializes in advising startups and tech companies with their unique commercial real estate needs. Andre is able to understand complicated requirements and will take the time to develop custom real estate solutions that will support a business’ success. Whether it is negotiating a lease renewal or finding the perfect space for your company, Andre will leverage his market knowledge, industry relationships and work ethic to deliver strong results for his clients. Andre completed over 250,000 sq. ft. of client assignments over his first two years in brokerage and was then granted the Emerging Leader Award, representing him as the best of the next generation of young brokers at CBRE Canada and showcasing his commitment to growth within the industry. Since then Andre has continued to strive for excellence in his career, earning recognition as a top 5 under 5 broker in 2023 and also was voted by his peers for the Broker’s Choice Award in that same year.
Prior to starting a career at CBRE, Andre completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Victoria where he focused his studies in Entrepreneurship.
