Our Diverse Development Initiatives

  1. Empower

    A mentorship program that helps managers and other leaders of people to develop into effective talent stewards.
  2. Mentoring Global Leaders

    A program that pairs each member of the Global Operating Committee with one of the firm’s diverse leaders to regularly discuss key projects and professional development plans.
  3. Internships and Apprenticeships

    We are ensuring that our opportunities for the next generation represent the cities and regions we operate in. We work to reach our schemes to more schools, colleges and universities. Our staff volunteer their time to speak at schools and universities.
