As Vice President of Valuation & Advisory Services, Clive is responsible for overseeing commercial valuation and consulting assignments of all types across Southwestern Ontario. In addition, Clive has extensive valuation experience within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Appraisal assignments have included A and B class self-storage facilities, industrial buildings, retail plazas and malls, apartment buildings and office properties as well as vacant development land. Consulting assignments have included Highest & Best Use, feasibility and market rental rate studies.
