Jack Sullivan specializes in multifamily investment sales as part of CBRE’s Minneapolis Multifamily Investment Properties team, working alongside industry veterans Abe Appert, Keith Collins, and Ted Abramson. Prior to joining CBRE, he developed extensive regional market expertise while covering the entire Midwest for Marcus & Millichap’s self-storage group, and gained valuable commercial real estate experience at First American Title’s national commercial sales division.

A Minnesota native with deep roots throughout the state, Jack brings a comprehensive understanding of Greater Minnesota’s diverse real estate markets and growth opportunities. He holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver’s prestigious Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management and maintains active real estate licenses in both Minnesota and Colorado. Outside of work, Jack maintains his competitive edge through tennis, golf, skiing, and “old man’s” hockey - fun pursuits which also serve to reinforce Jack’s dedication to high performance and teamwork in achieving superior results for his clients.

Specializing in Multifamily Services in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

The CBRE Multifamily team of Keith Collins, Abe Appert, Ted Abramson have a combined 70+ years of Multifamily experience. The team has a primary focus on the Minneapolis-St. Paul MSA but is active and experienced in Rochester, Duluth, Saint Cloud, the Dakotas, Wisconsin and Iowa. Our clients benefit from our experience and receive a uniquely qualified approach to assets whether Private Capital or Institutional. Over the last 5 years the team has completed in excess of $5 billion worth of transactions. This volume includes both sale and JV equity placement on deals. With the support of the team and the ability to focus on each past experience on deals we can make sure we are putting in-depth thought into each assignment.

It is our goal when engaged by past and new clients to provide them with the same level of service and expertise to execute at the highest level on their behalf. Our focus on research, economic and multifamily market conditions help us tell the story to the investment community when either discussing a deal or familiarizing new capital with Minnesota Multifamily.
