Stéphane Zhang is a final-year Finance student at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business with a strong interest in commercial real estate and investment analysis.
With a background in finance and a passion for real estate, Stéphane focuses on developing a strong understanding of market fundamentals, investment strategies, and the dynamics of the real estate community. His analytical mindset and attention to detail allow him to assist the team in evaluating investment opportunities and providing valuable insights to clients.
Before joining CBRE, Stéphane developed an entrepreneurial background by operating his own used car business, where he focused on identifying value opportunities and repositioning vehicles for resale. This experience strengthened his understanding of market dynamics and value creation.
Alongside his studies at Concordia University, Stéphane has also been actively involved in student leadership. He served in executive roles within several student associations, including Vice President of Operations for the Engineering & Commerce Case Competition (ENGCOMM), where he helped coordinate large-scale academic and networking events connecting students with industry professionals. In this role, he developed strong problem-solving and negotiation skills and demonstrated the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
