Associated Office
Victoria Scott is a Broker with 22 years of commercial real estate and office accommodation experience supporting both public and private sectors. As part of the Ottawa Office Leasing Team, Victoria works alongside Brian Seymour, Senior Vice President, and applies her diverse skills and direct experience in the fields of Interior Design, Facilities Management and Construction Project Management to better service office occupiers and represent tenants in the marketplace. Having specialized in end to end project delivery for programs sized 30,000 sq. ft. to 200,000 sq. ft. (ranging from interior office fit-ups to base building infrastructure upgrades, commercial retail fit-ups and raised floor heavy lab environments), cumulatively Victoria has delivered successful client outcomes surpassing 850,000 sq. ft., having a total value of $98M+.
As a result of facilitating Workplace Strategy Solutions, Project Management and Move Management Services in support of the lease transaction process in CBRE's Ottawa brokerage office, Victoria is uniquely suited to understanding of the broader impact of lease terms and the required support needed to ensure that client strategic initiatives are met while safeguarding the highest level of satisfaction for all stakeholders.
