CBRE Canada’s Sales Trainee Program develops the next generation of real estate talent by creating a structured two-year salaried path to a brokerage career. You will join one of two hiring classes each year (September and February) and gain foundational training and exposure to all property types, while developing the relationships and strategic thinking that produce lasting careers.

You will be paired with market-leading brokers and receive hands-on mentorship as you develop skills and build a book of business. A four-month foundational program gets you started with rotational experience across job functions and leader-led skill building. Entrepreneurial industries can be daunting, but this program ensures that more succeed on the journey to become a commissioned salesperson.
