Daniel joined CBRE Limited in 2001 in the Toronto North Office Research Department. In 2002, he joined the North Office's top office leasing team, and in the following 10 years has translated a best-in-class learning experience into an extremely successful tenant representation specialty, transacting all over the Greater Toronto Area and abroad, while offering special focus in Toronto's suburban Markham and Richmond Hill areas.
Daniel has enjoyed increasing success with each passing year, building a long list of loyal clientele by offering competent, strategic and dedicated service, assisting with new lease negotiations, mid-lease renegotiation, sub-lease and other disposition solutions, and real estate consulting services. His strategic, creative and "client first" approach has resulted in over 300,000 square feet transacted on behalf of tenants alone, adding valuable expertise, strategic positioning, and smart, loyal advice.
