Randy Fisher is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Limited in London, Ontario. He began his career with CBRE in 1988 in Toronto and transferred to his home region of London in 1991.
Randy has been a driving force behind the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial real estate in Southwestern Ontario and this has enabled him to be one of the top producers in this market. His background in the financial industry contributes to his assessment of the needs of his clients.
In 2008, the industrial team re-aligned and Randy and Larin Shouldice continued on as the Industrial Team. Randy and Larin have continued their focus of large industrial sales and leasing across Southwestern Ontario, having sold and leased over 6,485,428 square feet since 2009 across Southwestern Ontario.
Randy is also an active member of CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics Group, collaborating with industry specialists across North America to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions for industrial and logistics clients.

The group provides special expertise and services to the marketing of industrial facilities.
