She has been both a Tenant and Landlord advisor for over 5 years – establishing trusted relationships with her clients through drawing on her business background, experience in research, and extensive knowledge of the market to consistently achieve favorable outcomes.
On the Tenant side, Callie works with clients in a range of industries which has allowed her to build a strong and wholistic knowledge of the Toronto market. While she largely focuses on the technology and AI sector, she has also completed a multitude of deals with tenants in the health care, media, law, finance, non-profit, and telecommunications industries, to name a few. Callie is dedicated to ensuring that her client’s real estate goals align with their organizational goals and growth trajectory.
On the Listing side, Callie has developed a strong portfolio of Landlord mandates, currently listing over 2.5M sq. ft. of office space in Toronto.
