Conor Eardley is a Sales Representative based in CBRE’s London, Ontario office. From the outset of his tenure, Conor has maintained a focus on investment and development sales within the Southwestern Ontario market. Conor is a member of the CBRE Southern Ontario Investment Team alongside Joe Benninger, Martin Cote and James Craig. The Team has brokered over $1 Billion in investment transactions in the last five years, which includes land for the development of over 13,000 residential units.
In January 2022, Conor was accepted into CBRE’s prestigious Capital Markets Associate Program as its first Canadian member. This program equips its members with the market knowledge and transaction proficiencies that will embolden Conor’s clients to make sound investment decisions. Conor is also enrolled in the CCIM designation program.
Prior to joining CBRE, Conor spent five years working at an internationally-renowned Bay Street law firm. During this time, Conor developed an exceptional performance-based work ethic and client-focused attention to detail.
With the combined talents of his partners and the global platform of CBRE, Conor is able to offer clients a full range of investment real estate services.
