Dan Hayes is a Director with the Valuation and Advisory Services Group. His work involves performing real estate valuations, investment and financial analysis, development analysis, market research and a wide variety of real estate consultation services. In 2016 Dan valued over $10 billion in apartments buildings across Canada.
Over the past 21 years, Dan has been involved in a number of consulting assignments ranging from securing property for a new international border crossing to large scale expropriation assignments involving complete and partial takings both for fee simple and easement interests.
