Darrell Boldon joined CBRE in 2016 after attending the University of Oklahoma where he earned his degree in Business with a focus in Petroleum Land Management and Finance. At CBRE, Darrell is recognized as an emerging young professional in the downtown Calgary market where he specializes in downtown office leasing. Darrell is valued by his clients and colleagues for his initiative, diligence, and worth ethic. Whether it is negotiating a lease, a lease renewal, or finding the perfect space for your company, Darrell is able to leverage his industry relationships, market knowledge and work ethic to drive results for his clients.

Darrell, along with Angus Fraser, Bryan Walsh, Trevor Davies, and Scott McCulloch have formed a true partnership in downtown Calgary. Since joining the team in 2016, the team has completed over 600 lease transactions totaling over 5 million square feet. In 2017 the team was selected for the Hutcheson top team award, awarded to the top leasing team in Canada.
