Devin joined Toronto’s National Investment Team in 2011. As a team lead for the underwriting and due diligence function, he helps direct strategic initiatives and performs oversight of the group’s best-in-class financial platform. His primary responsibilities include asset and portfolio underwriting and due diligence services.
As a key contributor to one of Canada’s most active real estate investment groups, Devin’s career has allowed him to gain extensive national exposure to several asset types, including office, industrial, retail, and urban development land. Equally as meaningful is Devin’s experience with a full range of ownership groups, from Canada’s largest institutional owners to private local landlords. Collectively, this allows Devin to provide NIT’s clients with accurate and meaningful insights with succinct messaging.
Prior to joining CBRE, Devin spent several years with a valuations and advisory services group at an internationally recognized real estate service provider. Devin holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
