Ed specializes in the sales, leasing, and renewal negotiations of commercial properties in Metro Vancouver with specialization in the Central and East Vancouver area also referred to as Mt. Pleasant, False Creek Flats, Strathcona, and Railtown neighborhoods. Through the trust and respect of his many clients, Ed has also facilitated numerous assignments outside of Metro Vancouver, including Alberta and Ontario

  • the leasing of 1308 Adanac Street - project “Aristotle”, a multi-level office/industrial building;
  • the sale of 1451 Adanac Street, a 24,000 sq. ft. site with a 14,000 sq. ft. building;
  • the sale of 950 Raymur Avenue, a 66,000 sq. ft. mixed use development site to the Beedie Group;
  • the sale of 1497 Adanac Street, a 12,500 sq. ft. building to Bocci for future expansion;
