Ed Ferreira has over 38 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has completed over 1,422 sale and lease transactions, representing over 1.88 billion dollars in value. Ed specializes in the sales, leasing, and renewal negotiations of commercial properties in Metro Vancouver with specialization in the Central and East Vancouver area also referred to as Mt. Pleasant, False Creek Flats, Strathcona, and Railtown neighborhoods. Through the trust and respect of his many clients, Ed has also facilitated numerous assignments outside of Metro Vancouver, including Alberta and Ontario

  • the sale of 3839 Commercial Street, a 12,200 sq. ft. residential development site to a local developer;
  • the sale of Ofiswerks, a 54,000 sq. ft. multi-level office and industrial strata project in Mount Pleasant;
  • the leasing of 1308 Adanac Street - project “Aristotle”, a multi-level office/industrial building;
  • the sale of 1451 Adanac Street, a 24,000 sq. ft. site with a 14,000 sq. ft. building;
  • the sale of 950 Raymur Avenue, a 66,000 sq. ft. mixed use development site to the Beedie Group;
  • the sale of 1497 Adanac Street, a 12,500 sq. ft. building to Bocci for future expansion;
  • the sale of 6575 Oak Street to a local developer as part of an assembly for future residential developments;
  • the sale of 2525 St. Johns Street in Port Moody to an investor/owner occupier;
  • the sale of 886 Malkin Avenue, to an international investor as part of a long term assembly in the False Creek Flats of Vancouver;
  • the leasing of 3195 Production Way, a 17,500 sq. ft. building on 2.30 acres on behalf on the Beedie Group;
  • the sublease of 5 East 8th Avenue, a 31,000 sq. ft. office building to an international mobile game app developer;
  • the sale of 467 Alexander Street, an 8,500 sq. ft. building to a philanthropist;
