J.D. Graves is a member of the Industrial Service’s team in the CBRE Indianapolis office specializing in tenant and landlord representation, industrial property acquisition and disposition, as well as site selection and build-to-suit services.

 

J.D. Graves joined CBRE, Inc. in 2005 and has distinguished himself by establishing individual relationships with clients and is driven to put his clients first, always.  J.D.’s clients range from central Indiana businesses to multi-market corporate users as well as institutional owners. As a trusted advisor, his strong interpersonal and analytical skills combined with his extensive knowledge of the local and national markets enables him to provide strategic advice to an extensive and impressive base of clients.

Since 1951, Ozburn Hessey Logistics (OHL) has provided logistics services to clients through its network of more than 120 distribution centers in North America. OHL is the largest user of real estate in the Plainfield submarket at nearly three million SF. The company’s dynamic campus of properties achieves business objectives for more than two dozen clients with operations constantly shifting and growing. To meet the growing demands of a top client, OHL required a new distribution center for the immediate relocation of several other clients within three months. OHL also required a building, which would provide for future client growth.
