Mike Merry joined CBRE in 1991 as a member of the Toronto West Office. Since 1991, Mike has been a top performer within not only this office in both the office and industrial markets but also one of CBRE's top ten producers in Canada since 2000.

Mike has a strong focus on the GTA West markets. Mike is the Team Leader of a 4 member team whose focus is upon serving both industrial and office clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mike developed a well rounded background of accounting and taxation through his training at Wilfrid Laurier University and Peat Marwick Thorne.
