Myah Ollek

In 2017, Myah began her brokerage career with CBRE at the Toronto Downtown operation, and has worked with our industry-leading office leasing team for the past four years. In this capacity, Myah has completed over 320 transactions managing a listing portfolio of over 3.0 million sq. ft. of office space. After moving back to the Vancouver, Myah joined the CBRE Vancouver office properties division. Myah’s extensive agency experience, has led her to work with some of Canada’s key national owners of office properties by using CBRE’s best practices for agency assignments.

Myah is a young leader within the Real Estate community and was the recipient of CBRE Canada’s Emerging Leader award in 2022. She is actively involved in Vancouver CREW, the CBRE Mentorship Program, CBRE Women’s Network and has participated in the JDRF Real Estate Ride. Myah also partakes in the NAOIP education series for professional development.

Myah graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Double Major specializing in Geography and Psychology.

• Listing Team for Dream Office REIT’s Toronto Financial Core Collective – 366 Bay Street (37,070 sq. ft.), 150 York Street (356,666 sq. ft.), 67 Richmond Street West (50,258 sq. ft.) and 80 Richmond Street West (100,146 sq. ft.)
• Listing Team for Crestpoint Properties – 1075 W. Georgia, 121 King St W, 215 Spadina and 333 Queen St W
