Stephen Kerlovich

Steve Kerlovich is a Vice President working out of the Toronto West Office specializing in Office and Industrial leasing and sales.

Steve is a Tenant Advisory Specialist and has refined his practice with a focus on Technology related companies. He has built a reputation as a strong advocate for Tenants and a creative deal negotiator. In the last 25 years, Steve has been retained by some of Canada’s largest companies and has successfully completed over 1,100 transactions for a total of over 5.5 million square feet of space in the Greater Toronto Area, and across North America.

Outside the office, Steve enjoys an active lifestyle and channels his competitive energy into tennis and golf. He is an outdoor enthusiast and also enjoys cycling and is a fitness and wellbeing advocate.

Prior to joining CBRE, Steve was a Commercial Marketing Representative at Xerox Canada in Toronto.

• Acting on behalf of Point Click Care in the consolidation into a 185,000 sq. ft. leased facility in the former Target Canada space
• Advising GM Financial in a 50,000 sq. ft. renewal of the Canadian Head Office
• Representing Baylis Medical in the purchase of several Airport area office and industrial buildings totaling over 250,000 sq. ft.
• Advising Gillette Canada Inc. in the consolidation of five operating companies into one 35,000 sq. ft. facility, including a 50,000 sq. ft. sub-leasing disposition
• Assisting in the relocation of Certicom Technologies into a 127,000 sq. ft. customized flex office space facility
• Advising GVA Lighting in the consolidation into a 98,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and warehouse facility
