Venkat joined CBRE in January 2017 and leads underwriting and due diligence of development land and multifamily properties in the National Investment Team. In addition, Venkat advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties and collaborates on complex and sophisticated land transactions.

A CFA charter holder and a Chartered Accountant (India), Venkat has around 15 years of real estate investment experience both on the sell-side and buy-side. Before joining CBRE, Venkat worked in a real estate private equity firm focusing on acquisitions and dispositions. Venkat started his investment career in the public equities side working again at both the sell-side and buy-side firms. With his education, background, and depth of experience, Venkat brings a unique blend of experience and value to the team.
