Ottawa Viewpoint - An Examination of Office Revitalization Through Renovation - February 2023

Downtown office needs to evolve. This sentiment was echoed by the panelists at the 2022 Ottawa Real Estate Forum and other panel discussions since across the city when discussing the initiatives on revitalizing the National Capital Region. In order to make the office environment an enticing location for workers to return to, landlords have had to be pretty creative in this matter.

This Viewpoint will look at renovations being done through current case studies, as well as review hybrid work trends and the effect of these renovations on bringing employees back to the office.
