Amit is a Senior Vice President of CBRE Development Strategy based out of Toronto. He is an experienced leader in real estate consulting with extensive knowledge of development strategy, market analysis and placemaking. Amit’s experience spans various major asset classes including office, residential, retail, mixed-use, and industrial. He has represented several large public and private sector clients including the City of Vancouver, City of Calgary, City of Toronto, DREAM and Brookfield Residential.
He has obtained an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Prior to joining CBRE, Amit was a Senior Leader at an international commercial real estate firm based in Toronto and was a Manager, Real Estate Consulting for Deloitte Real Estate in Toronto and Vancouver where he provided financial modelling, market overviews, analysis, strategic assessments, feasibility analysis, and research for various organizations.
