Amy Devenish is a Senior Coordinator, Sales Support with CBRE Canada’s National Apartment Group, providing sales and transaction support for David Montressor and Tom Schuster in the Downtown Toronto Office. She supports all stages of the disposition process, including client communications, due diligence coordination, market research, the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and opinions of value, and compliance with RECO requirements. Amy has been involved in transactions exceeding $7.3 billion in value with the National Apartment Group, assisting with local and national groups. She also serves as Chair of the Downtown Toronto Giving Committee and is Co-Founder of the Client Success Team, a professional development initiative for client service professionals within CBRE’s Downtown Toronto office.
