Anastasia Koklyagina, Associate and Commercial Real Estate Broker, specializes in tenant representation for the Greater Montreal office market. Teamed with David Wolf, a leading expert of the North American industry, she offers her clients an in-depth understanding of their entrepreneurial needs, of the due diligence process, and of sound budget management.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2019, Anastasia worked in the telecommunications industry for over twelve years as a Client Account Manager and Office Coordinator, all while completing a double major in finance and accounting at Concordia University.
Anastasia supports her team in all stages of a leasing transaction. She greatly contributes to the success of her clients thanks to her ability to multitask and to prioritize, while being mindful of the quality of the services provided.
