Angela has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and is the Senior Managing Director of Operations & Risk Management in Canada. Angela partners with senior leadership to develop and implement initiatives that optimize operational performances to support the business and drive consistency and effectiveness of process and procedures.
Leading a team of professional administrators, Angela directs the office service activities on a national basis. Services include facility administration, business licensing and continuity, compliance and risk management and employee events and recognition.
Business operations include finance/accounting operations in partnership with corporate finance, local and regional P&L and business procedures oversight, business data capture, and real estate regulatory compliance. Angela also works with the Finance Division to ensure achievement of financial goals through forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, reporting, and monitoring financial performance.
