Associated Office
Prior to joining CBRE, Ben Donnell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mid-America University, where he had the honour of playing Baseball on a Scholarship. Following his post-secondary career, he continued playing Baseball, competing Semi-Professionally in Europe and Australia. During his time in Australia, he worked as a Sales Manager at ALO Marketing and following his return to Toronto he was an Acquisitions Manager for CLV Group and InterRent REIT facilitating off-market opportunities.
Ben joined CBRE in 2022 through the Sales Trainee program in the Toronto West office. His competitive drive helped him quickly transition to Sales Representative in 2023, where he now works alongside Chris Bournakas and his team. Ben has a strong passion for Industrial Real Estate and possesses a deep understanding of the market. He prioritizes his strong business relationships and provides his clients with excellent service ensuring Chris’ team is consistent in delivering market leading results
