Iain Ferguson, Vice Chairman
Iain Ferguson is the leader of the Calgary Industrial group which handles tenant rep, agency and sales in the greater Calgary area. In 2021 Iain became CBRE’s youngest Vice Chairman and has been CBRE’s top Industrial professional in Western Canada for several years. Iain’s strong leadership qualities and dedication to his work make him an excellent leader for the team.
Luke Hamill, Executive Vice President
Since joining CBRE, Luke Hamill has quickly established himself as one of the market’s leading brokers on both the owner and occupier side. His client dedication, strong work ethic and friendly demeanor have played essential roles in his results. Since his transition to the industrial brokerage side, Luke has played a pivotal role in the leasing and sale of over 18 million square feet of real estate.
Cameron Woods, Vice President
Since joining CBRE Limited in 2015, Cameron Wood's market knowledge and ability to service his client has enabled him to work successfully with industrial users and Landlords in the Calgary area. He is a highly motivated critical thinker with extensive experience and knowledge of market forecasting and analysis. With his background in finance, he has acquired a comprehensive understanding of real estate analysis and has exceptional analytical abilities.
Blake Ellis, Vice President
Blake Ellis is a results-driven Sales Representative with CBRE specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial product in the Greater Calgary market. Since joining CBRE in 2016, Blake has played a pivotal role in the leasing and sale of over four million square feet of real estate. Blake prides himself on delivering thorough and efficient service. He utilizes his in-depth market knowledge, comprehensive financial analysis and negotiation skills to create value and leverage for his clients.
Evan Renwick, Vice President
Evan Renwick focuses on occupier representation and mining Calgary's periphery markets for unique opportunities. Since joining CBRE in 2016, he has been involved in over 1,600,000 square feet of lease transactions, has become an active member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee and has quickly established himself as a respected broker in the market.
Kai Ravensbergen, Associate
Kai Ravensbergen joined CBRE in March 2022, beginning in research before transitioning to Calgary’s Industrial Team based on his strong work ethic and commitment. He supports a high volume of transactions, primarily focused on multi-bay portfolio listings, and manages multiple assignments concurrently with a high level of accuracy across marketing, deal execution, and client deliverables. His ability to efficiently navigate a fast-paced pipeline of smaller-bay opportunities contributes to the team’s overall productivity and success in the Calgary market.
Zoe Broda, Marketing & Client Services
Zoe Broda’s focus is marketing, administration and client services within the Team. She is responsible for the day-to-day organization and planning for the group as well as general administrative support. She also is tasked with preparing proposal, presentation and communications materials while coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information. Zoe joined CBRE in 2014.
Josie Muscat, Sales Support Coordinator
Josie Muscat is involved end-to-end across transaction administration, listing coordination, marketing materials, and presentations. She supports the team's portfolio assignments across Canada, coordinating multi-market requirements to ensure consistency in execution for national clients. Since joining CBRE in 2025, she has ensured a high standard of service through strong relationship management and communication skills, combined with a detail-oriented and collaborative approach.
