Associated Office
Blake Upham is a Senior Vice President for the Valuation & Advisory branch of CBRE with responsibility overseeing all valuations in Halifax, Nova Scotia and all investment grade valuations throughout Atlantic Canada. A native of Nova Scotia, Blake attended Mount Saint Vincent University. After graduating in 2012 Blake began his career with a large appraisal firm in Atlantic Canada. He obtained his AACI designation in 2016. At a similar time, Blake expanded his role into larger investment grade valuations. Blake was then one of six people from across the country chosen to join a national investment valuation team where he built his skills creating and updating financial models for some of the country’s largest real estate holders.
Today Blake specializes in the valuation of investment grade assets, primarily retail, office, industrial and multifamily throughout Atlantic Canada. Given Blake’s national experience he is also leaned on by other offices to assist with larger mandates primarily in the retail, multifamily and industrial sectors.
Blake also has experience valuing small commercial properties of varying degrees. In addition, Blake has experience valuing urban and rural land throughout Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Land types include recreation/park, timberland, wetland, and residential subdivisions.
