Before diving into commercial real estate, I focused on management and sales. This experience provided me with invaluable skills in building strong business relationships. In my work as Project Manager at Westgrove Construction, I oversaw the construction of multi-million-dollar commercial retail build-outs and renovations. I also spent time in the film industry as a freelance assistant director.
Since starting my brokerage career in 2014, I've facilitated significant transactions, including the $26.5 million sale of 511 Place-d’Armes Street in Old Montreal, and assisted in creating custom drive-thru locations for Starbucks. I’ve been involved in the rollout and expansion of several multinational retail brands, including DashMart by DoorDash, and managed TD Bank’s Quebec retail portfolio. My dedication was recognized in 2020 when I received Cushman & Wakefield’s prestigious President’s Round Table award, ranking among the top 75 brokers in Canada.
What I love about my work is partnering with creative tenants and business owners for whom location is vital – even something as seemingly trivial as being on the opposite side of the street can impact their business.
