Associated Office
Cailin Sully-Daniels is an Associate Vice President with the Valuation and Advisory Services group based out of Vancouver, BC. Cailin has over 10 years of experience in the industry and her work involves performing real estate valuations, investment and financial analysis, market research and a wide variety of real estate consultation services.
She worked in the Finance Department of Raffles Beijing Hotel in 2012 and then moved to South Africa where she completed her MBA. In 2015 she joined a South African based consulting company where she conducted feasibility studies, appraisals, operator selection and management contract negotiations in more than 10 African countries. During her time in Africa, she was able to work closely with CBRE’s London office on a number of appraisal projects. In 2019 Cailin moved back to Vancouver and joined CBRE.
Cailin has experience in the Western Canada, Eastern Canada and Caribbean/South America markets. Cailin is a Designated Member of the AIC.
