Carly Clements is the Senior Marketing Manager for Western Canada at CBRE, where she leads a growing regional marketing team supporting all commercial asset classes, including Office, Industrial, Retail, and Capital Markets. Covering British Columbia and Alberta, Carly plays a key role in shaping and executing strategies that drive business growth while elevating CBRE’s brand across Western Canada.
Since joining CBRE in 2021, Carly has transformed the regional marketing function—streamlining processes, boosting creative output, and aligning team structures with business priorities. Her leadership has been pivotal in developing scalable workflows, resource plans, and marketing frameworks supporting both leasing and sales initiatives.
Carly partners closely with brokers, regional leaders, and national marketing teams to guide campaign strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution. Her efforts have fueled successful pre-sale campaigns and impactful client events, generating substantial market engagement.
In 2024, Carly received CBRE’s prestigious Emerging Leader Award for Western Canada, recognizing her strategic vision and leadership impact within the firm.
With over a decade of experience spanning agency and in-house roles across residential and commercial real estate, Carly combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership. She started at CBRE as a Digital Strategist, progressed to Marketing Manager, and now serves in her current senior leadership role.
