Carol Lopes

Carol Lopes is a Senior Valuation Associate with CBRE Hotels Valuation and Advisory Services Group, and is based in Vancouver.  Carol joined CBRE in 2015 following the acquisition of PKF Consulting Inc., where she held the position of National Database Coordinator and Office Manager. Carol was born and raised in South Africa and started her career as Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator at Sandton City, one of the largest shopping malls in Africa.  Prior to moving to Vancouver, Carol managed the Immigration Department at the U.S. Consulate General office in Johannesburg, South Africa.

As a Senior Analyst at CBRE, her work involves the administration and management of the hotel database, which includes the gathering and importing of hotel statistics, monitoring of data for accuracy and creating data reports for market and financial feasibility studies, historic trend line analysis, and tourism investment opportunity assessments. Carol also provides administrative support to the Valuation and Advisory Services team.
