Casey Roland joined CBRE Calgary’s downtown office leasing team in 2024 after previously working in the commercial real estate industry for over 10 years. Her deep understanding of team operations, market conditions, and the commercial leasing process sets her apart and has led her to become one of the top transaction managers in downtown Calgary. By establishing efficient team processes, she ensures prompt delivery of superior results.

Casey excels at managing client timelines, facilitating clear communication, and approaching all tasks with a positive attitude, which has led to her strong expertise in this role. Working alongside Calgary’s top tenants, landlords, and professionals, Casey delivers creative and timely solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

Casey’s role includes:

Tracking of business on a quarterly and annual cycle including both landlord and tenant representation assignments.
Assist with all facets of the lease transaction process including documentation, financial analysis, communication, and management of the transaction process with clients and agents.
Oversight and reporting on market movement.
Ideation of new and innovative marketing strategies along for listings and proposals.
Initiative of new business development platforms for the team.
