Chris Bournakas specializes in Industrial building and land sales/leasing concentrating originally in the Brampton marketplace. Since joining CBRE in 1995, he has been a significant factor in CBRE's increased market share within the Brampton community and has since expanded his reach to the entire GTA West region. Chris was promoted to Vice President in 2003 and has further advanced to Senior Vice President in 2007 and most recently achieved the Executive Vice President title in 2022. As one of the most trusted agents in the Toronto Industrial Market, Chris is consistently a top-performer and a leader in the industry with an extraordinary knowledge of the market and high-level client services.
