Chris Wettlaufer has worked in the real estate industry for almost 30 years and his employment with CBRE Limited has spanned 24 of those. In 2022, Chris assumed the role of Area General Manager, Enterprise Global Operations in Canada. In late 2015, Chris was promoted to Managing Director, Facility Management and Operations for the province-wide Infrastructure Ontario portfolio. Prior to his promotion, Chris was the FM Director for the South Region on the Infrastructure Ontario account.
Prior to the IO PLMS account, Chris was the Regional Facility Director supporting an international Canadian financial institution. In his role, Chris managed a team of facility and operations professionals administering a portfolio of 7 million SF of retail, corporate and critical facilities throughout Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces within Canada.
