Chris Williams is an Associate Vice President within the Valuation & Advisory Services Group with over 8 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. Chris specializes data center consulting and appraisals across Canada, including powered land, powered shell, turnkey, carrier hotels and digital currency mining facilities. His broad appraisal experience also includes industrial, office, retail, automotive, outdoor storage land and development land.
Chris is CBRE Canada’s data center valuation practice leader and has worked in the data center space since 2020. Chris has carried out work for a variety of data center clients, including data center operators, investors and lenders across Canada, the United States and Europe. Prior to transferring to Canada, Chris worked for CBRE’s dedicated European data center valuation team based in London (UK). Chris is also part of CBRE’s wider North American data center valuation team, which ensures a consistent service for our international clients and access to market leading research and data across the continent.
