Darren Starek is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Limited with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in the industrial and office markets with a focus on Vancouver's core and surrounding markets. Darren brings extensive transactional expertise across owner-user acquisitions and dispositions, investment sales, development sales and lease negotiations representing both landlords and tenants.
His in-depth market knowledge, straightforward approach, professionalism and consistent results have earned him long standing relationships with clients and industry partners.
Throughout his career, Darren has completed over 1,500 transactions, representing over 9.3 million square feet and exceeding $1.3 billion in total deal value.
Outside the office, Darren enjoys spending time with his family, ideally on the ski hill, and is a loyal (and patient) supporter of the Vancouver Canucks.
