Associated Office
David has served as Financial Analysis Manager with CBRE's National Investment Team since January 2021. His key accomplishments include leading and overseeing the underwriting of over $4 billion in transactional volume, as well as facilitating the due diligence process for more than 50 major transactions concluded in the province of Quebec.
Prior to joining CBRE, David worked as a real estate consultant for Altus Group where he underwrote institutional quality properties in all market segments for real estate investment trusts, pension funds, as well as individual investors. David also prepared various appraisal reports and assisted clients in tax appeal proceedings with municipal authorities.
David has also been a lecturer at the Grasset Institute since August 2020. In this capacity, he created the content of the end-of-study evaluation project synthesis course. On the other hand, David teaches, assists students with their work and manages grades for exams and assignments as well as communication between students and management.
David offers indispensable assistance to the brokers of his team and a wealth of experience in training financial analysts, from their first steps to becoming autonomous professionals.
