With 7 years of brokerage experience, Vanessa Cohen joined CBRE’s National Investment Team in 2024 as Associate Vice-President where she specializes in retail sale transactions. Vanessa has successfully completed transactions in the Greater Montréal Area, Québec City and Sherbrooke, as well as in Atlantic Canada, and has had the opportunity to work with real estate investors both at private and institutional levels.
Vanessa is dedicated to cultivating strong relationships with her clients, prioritizing their acquisition and disposition requirements.
