David Yanoshita*

David Yanoshita is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Limited. David has been employed in commercial real estate since 1987 and is consistently one of the top five producers in the CBRE London office.

He is also a proud member of the CBRE Private Client Group (PCG) and has worked with Land Services out of Toronto. These 2 associations are unique in that members do not apply for acceptance, successful Realtors are approached by each organization and asked to join exclusively. This is an honour bestowed upon only a handful of Realtors across Ontario.

David specializes in the acquisition and disposition of income property and land sales. He has acted as a consultant for major institutions and has twelve years of planning and development experience. With his years of experience, David is recognized as an industry leader and has assisted both Sellers and Investors in achieving their goals in sale and acquisition.
