Dylan Weltman is a Valuation Associate with CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group, specializing in Land. Since joining the team in the Spring of 2024, Dylan has been involved in an array of assignments including the valuation of numerous high, low and medium density residential sites, residential land for the purposes of expropriation and parkland contributions, industrial land, and commercial land.
Dylan graduated from Queen’s University in June 2023 with a Bachelors of Computing, Data Analytics Specialization and joined CBRE in March 2024. Dylan is currently pursuing his AACI accreditation through the University of British Columbias, Diploma of Urban Land Economics (DULE) program and has obtained his AIC Candidate Membership in June 2024.
