As the Operations Manager at CBRE, I am responsible for overseeing CBRE's four Atlantic Offices located across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. I joined CBRE in 2015 as a Marketing Assistant and later transitioned to operations in 2021.
In my current role, I serve as the operational leader in the Atlantic market, managing a dedicated operations team and supporting various business lines, including advisory and transaction services, debt and structured finance, project management, and valuation and advisory services. With a focus on CBRE's strategic priorities in Atlantic Canada, I am dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture, driving operational excellence and consistently delivering exceptional outcomes for our employees and valued clients.
By combining creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking, I continuously seek opportunities to enhance our business processes and empower our teams with the necessary tools to provide unparalleled client service. Working closely with other senior leaders, I develop and implement initiatives that optimize operational performance, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in all our processes and procedures.
