Emil Trungu is the Managing Director of Building Consultancy at CBRE Canada, where he leads professional engineering teams in the delivery of technical due diligence studies, building condition assessments, capital planning, commissioning, energy & sustainability, and cost consulting. Emil joined CBRE in 2013 and has over 15 years of experience in engineering, project management and leadership.
Prior to his current role, Emil has held several leadership roles at CBRE, including Director of Asset Management and Project Management. Most recently, Emil was the Managing Director of facility management on a large account with a 42 MSF portfolio, where he led a team of 300 staff comprised of facility managers, building technicians, facility coordinators and program managers. These experiences have provided Emil with a well-rounded understanding of the management and leadership required to address complex and unique real estate needs for our clients.
