Eric Kushner is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Valuation and Advisory Services Group. Focusing primarily on investment properties, Eric provides a full range of valuation and consulting services to clients in the National Capital Region and Eastern Canada. His areas of expertise are focused primarily in the valuation of institutional office, retail, multi-residential and industrial properties intermixed with real property consulting assignments. Eric forms an integral part of the valuation and consulting team and has a strong background in lease analysis, financial auditing and cash flow modeling with the use of Argus software.
