With over 13 years of real estate valuation experience, Eric Pennington is an Associate Vice President with the Valuation and Advisory Services team in Canada. His work involves performing real estate valuations, investment and financial analysis, market research and a wide variety of real estate consultation services.
Since joining CBRE in 2022, Eric has been involved in the valuation of industrial portfolios for some of Canada’s largest pension funds, REITs and insurance companies. He has valued hundreds of properties across the Greater Toronto Area and Southwestern Ontario, including a variety of assignments for private owners.
