Gary MacKenzie is an Associate Broker and Associate Vice President with CBRE. Working in the real estate industry since 1996, his experience has been gained through the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties for both regional and national property management firms.
From 2002 through to 2005, he was Director of Leasing with Roycom Inc., a real estate advisory firm for private and pension fund allocations.
Gary's primary focus is office and industrial leasing, however, he also manages other advisory files and acquisitions or disposals based on his clients' needs. Gary has developed an extensive knowledge of the Atlantic Canadian market, which allows him to provide a suite of services.
