Gary Touyz is a Vice President with CBRE’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare Group. This specialized valuation and advisory group provides an extensive range of services to investors, funders and owners of seniors housing properties, including; long term care facilities, assisted living, independent living, memory care and retirement communities.
Gary began his career in 2007 working in the United Kingdom, where he trained in valuation, advisory and brokerage across both commercial and residential markets,. He specialized in the valuation of healthcare and seniors housing in 2014 and was recognized as a leading advisor in the UK, where he held the position of Director at CBRE. He joined CBRE Canada in 2023, where he works nationally across Canada, performing real estate valuations, development feasibility studies, investment, and financial analysis in the seniors housing and healthcare sectors.
