Gavin Valeny is an Associate Vice President with CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group, specializing in Multi-Family assets. His work involves providing detailed appraisal reports on new and existing multi-family properties throughout Western Canada for local, provincial and national clients.
Gavin Valeny graduated from Kingston University, London, United Kingdom in July 2013 with a Building Surveying B.Sc. Degree (RICS accredited) and joined CBRE in October 2024. Gavin is a MRICS, Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and currently a Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Gavin previously worked for Avison Young from February 2021, carrying out valuation assignments for varying asset classes in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Gavin is also a board member of the Mortgage Loans Alberta Association (MLAA).
