Geoff Hughes has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2014. Geoff specializes in industrial sales and leasing in the Laval and North Shore areas. He began his sales career with Fastenal, where his sales drive and communication skills earned him several recognition honours, including General Manager of the Year and the Single Month Sales record for the Province of Quebec.
Coupled with his industrial sales experience, Geoff draws on his studies in psychology to enable him to fully understand the needs and wants of the various parties involved in a real estate transaction. Providing timely support and invaluable knowledge allows Geoff to serve as a valuable and trusted advisor to his clients. While identifying and negotiating industrial real estate transactions on behalf of users in the marketplace, Geoff also focuses on marketing strategies, built-to-suit construction, property evaluations, and sale-leasebacks.
