Associated Office
George Wang is an Associate with CBRE’s National Apartment Group working out of the Downtown Toronto office. With 9 years of experience at CBRE, George began his career in CBRE’s Asia Pacific regional research team, leading industrial and logistics research for the region. He joined Toronto’s National Apartment Group in July 2022 as an Analyst and has since advanced to his current role as an Associate, leveraging his strong analytical background and market expertise to support clients across the multifamily sector. Since joining the team, George has assisted in the financial valuation of single-asset and portfolio transactions totaling more than $2.4 billion.
George earned his CPA designation in 2024 and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong. He is also an active member of CBRE’s Asia Pacific network, fostering cross-border relationships and business opportunities, and regularly participates in industry events to stay connected with market trends and the broader real estate community.
